Facilities
The Conewago Room, also Known as the Upstairs Banquet Room offers spacious and exclusive dining for up to 165 guests. Use of the Conewago Room includes private use of the Upper Deck & Gazebo which allows for a magnificent view of the Genesee River, Lake Ontario and our Yacht Basin from any window.
We welcome you to take a step outside of the main Clubhouse to our Burgee Bar located right on the Genesee River. This extraordinary outdoor area is very popular for wedding ceremonies and other special events. Our Burgee Bar seats up to 40 people at rectangular tables and can accommodate up to 70 people. Not to mention partial use of the surrounding lower deck as well as the grass area which makes this one of the most attractive areas at the Club. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the view and relax with friends
Appropriately named after the international 8 Metre sailboat class, our 8M Room not only has a tremendous view of the water but is the perfect dining spot. Bring your family, clients, and friends to enjoy our dining and breath-taking view.
Outdoor Weddings & Events
Hosting your special event outdoors by the water at RYC can be a truly memorable occasion. Outdoor receptions can accommodate up to 230 guests, with tents, seating and lighting customized to meet you needs.
